Where to begin?
I started this blog when I was homesick for home (Colorado City), for my family, and for my lost love. I don't know why I have been silent all these years except that I have been going through a lot and I didn't know what I wanted to say.
The name of this blog comes from my German ancestry. It comes from the German word "tante" which means aunt, and "fina" which is a nickname for someone named Josephine. Yes, I was named after my German great aunt.
